AJIT NARAYAN is a cartoonist and illustrator who has worked for many newspapers and publishers, author of popular 'How to Draw' cartoon books, conducts fun-packed interactive hands-on cartoon making workshops regularly in schools..

ALISON LESTER is one of Australia’s most popular author/illustrators. The antics of her characters are known to a whole generation of children. In 2005, she travelled to the Antarctica for the Kids Antarctic Art Project.

ALISTER TAYLOR is a publisher and businessperson with deep connections with ISKCON. He divides his time between Mayapur, Bengal and the United States.

AMIT TAYAL has worked as an illustrator with Campfire for the last year and a half. He taught himself the art of drawing before studying animation and sequential art at Delhi University.

ANDREW COPE is a grown-up who still manages to think like a child. His Spy Dog series is a best-seller around the world. He tours schools and libraries on a mission to inspire children to read and write.

PRANAV TRIVEDI is a wildlife biologist and environmental educator. His first book of fiction based on his research of the beautiful and elusive snow leopard.

ROOPA PAI writes stories, poems, comic strips and a popular history column for children. She has won a Children’s Book Trust Award for her science writing.

SAMINA MISHRA is a documentary film-maker, writer and media practitioner. She has directed a series of three films on the girl child in India.

SAMPURNA CHATTARJI is a poet, fiction-writer and translator. She has written several books for children.

SANDHYA RAO is Senior Editor at Tulika Publishers. Formerly a journalist, she writes, edits, translates and tries to reach books in different languages to young readers everywhere.

SANKHA BANERJEE studied art at Rabindrabharati University, Kolkata. He is the first artist to work on Greek mythology titles for Campfire’s range of graphic novels.

SIDDHARTHA SARMA is a former investigative journalist from Assam. He collects swords and first edition comics and always seeks new and diabolical ways to waste his time.

SUBHADRA SEN GUPTA writes mainly on history, travel and mythology. She specialises in historical fiction, mysteries, comics, cats and food.

SWAGATA SEN PILLAI is a Bharatanatyam dancer, actor and communication designer. Interacting with children is an integral part of her involvement in social development.

TAPAS GUHA is one of the most prolific, popular and sought-after illustrators of children’s books in India today. His first love is drawing comic strips.

THU KIM VU is a visual artist who lives and works in Hanoi, Vietnam. She is currently interested in the possibilities of doodle drawings and creating spaces through layers of such images.

VARUN NARAIN : Delhi-based Varun Narain first discovered puppetry at the age of nine. Varun continually explores different ways in which puppetry can be used and integrates his work with film, video, art and fashion. He works with children and theatre and has co-directed several productions such as 'Bhangra on the Moon', 'Peter Pan', 'The Wiz' 'Nutcracker' and 'The Sound Of Music'.

WENDY COOLING is one of the foremost educationists in the UK, and has been involved in a range of projects to promote reading. She now works as a consultant to children’s publishers.
